When heading to Waiheke Island, there are several convenient travel options to choose from. Three main ferry services offer smooth connections from Auckland to the island.

SeaLink Car Ferry

For those traveling with a vehicle, SeaLink offers a ferry service that accommodates both passengers and vehicles. Departs from both the Halfmoon Bay and Hamer Street terminals, arriving at Kennedy Point, Waiheke Island.

Waiheke Island is perfect for a day trip, weekend retreat, or an extended getaway.  Dogs are welcome on both the Island Direct and Fullers ferries (on a leash and in designated areas), and on the SeaLink ferry, where they can stay in the car or on the outside deck. Bicycles are also accommodated on all ferries, allowing you to explore the island at your own pace.

Upon arriving at either Matiatia or Kennedy Point Ferry Terminal, Waiheke Executive Transport will be ready and waiting for you.
